Combine apple juice, lemon juice and zest in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes or a handful of crushed ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds to chill the ingredients and dilute the flavors slightly, then strain into chilled glass filled with fresh cubed ice.

peach puree or peach syrup:35 mL
orange liqueur (such as Cointreau):20 mL
Shake all ingredients together with plenty of ice until chilled, then strain into chilled coupe glass garnished with an edible flower such as hibiscus.

Pour peach puree/syrup over heavy cream-soaked peaches in large rocks glass full of frozen solid dry mix/peach slush/puree mixture ; add white spirits slowly while holding back foam using spoon , finally drizzle soda water onto side wall above rim creating bubbles that stick up around edge but not too much when you take first sip it's perfect balance between sweet & sour & bubbly like champagne . Serve immediately after pouring because once foam forms at surface it starts melting quickly causing drink temperature rise & lose its fizziness .
