Wu Gang knew that there was no such tree on earth, so he decided to bring the seeds of the moon palace back to earth. Later, a fairy wine maker used the seeds to make a famous wine called "Gongjiu" (Palace Wine). The story of Wu Gang and his axe is not just about cutting down trees but also about how he brought life and beauty from heaven to earth.

In ancient times, this type of wine was only available for royal families and high-ranking officials. However, due to its unique taste and fragrance, it gained popularity among people from all walks of life. In recent years, Beijing has revived this traditional craft by combining modern technology with ancient techniques.

Beijing's Palace Wine is made from white grapes grown in the mountains around Beijing. The winemaking process involves carefully selecting grape varieties based on their flavor profiles before pressing them into juice. This juice is then fermented in oak barrels using natural yeast strains that are native to China.

The resulting wine has an alcohol content of 15% ABV which makes it suitable for both young and old alike. It presents a golden color with a clear aroma that combines floral notes from the Chinese plums (known as Li) with fruity hints from the grapes themselves.

When you pour yourself a glass of Palace Wine during your next dinner party or gathering with friends or family members who appreciate fine wines like mead or champagne drinks - remember what I said: "For those seeking enlightenment through intoxication." And if they ask you where they can find such magical elixirs within reach without having too much money invested in fancy bottles at home... Tell them there's one place left on Earth where they'll never be disappointed—China!
