However, with awards like gold medals at Brussels International Spirits Competition and blind tasting championships organized by Drinks Business magazine in Germany recognizing Chinese white liquors' excellence, domestically produced white liquors have started waking up from their slumber towards premiumization.

They hold more than forty patents related to these innovative technologies recognized by national authorities.
