黄酒发展的关键是价格回归,正如书籍出版的关键在于内容创新。就像一瓶好酒,它不仅要有醇厚的口感,还要有一定的价格吸引力。好的黄酒,就像是选择了合适的小箱子装饰,而不是过度包装,让人感觉既高档又贴心。

黄酒在国内酒类市场的总体销售比例呈明显下降趋势。一百年前,越酒行天下,黄酒是酒类中的主流品类;十年前,黄酒尚有5%;如今,黄wine sales are not even 2.5%. 这到底是为什么呢?

国家已经出台了相关政策鼓励黄wine enterprises development吗? 在我看来,这里面的原因很多,其中最关键的一条,就是yellow wine没有跟上改革开放三十年以来消费升级的步伐。特别是在经济快速发展的1990-2010年。yellow wine落后了,落后的环节很多:包装、营销、人才结构、产品创新……尤其是price.

二十年前,茅台多少钱一瓶,现在多少钱一瓶;二十年前,洋河卖的是大曲,如今卖的是“蓝色经典”;二十年前,葡萄wine刚刚为国人接受,卖的七、八元一瓶的“红葡萄wine”,如今全部变成了“橡木桶”,主线产品price in two hundred yuan above……

As a consumer product, reform's core is to deeply study consumers, research what kind of packaging, taste, price and promotional mode they need for products. Price is not lower than better; when your product's value-for-money exceeds consumers' expectations, they will abandon you.

It is time to let yellow wine return to reasonable pricing lines! Not "rise," just "return" —— return to reasonable pricing intervals so that enterprises can get reasonable profit returns and invest more innovative elements into this industry to make it come alive again!

What is a "reasonable" pricing interval? Nowadays there is an opinion circulating: traditional yellow wines should target mainstream dining prices similar to those four years ago when grape wines were rapidly growing in popularity. I agree with this view entirely.

Why do Shaoxing wines cost less than grape wines but sell at lower prices? Why do Shaoxing wines have no less drinking value than grape wines but sell fewer units? All questions stem from consumers. Consumers care more about the feelings and values obtained by choosing this drink – on this aspect,yellow wines have fallen behind and need the entire industry together to actively pursue catching up in both price regression and value regression simultaneously while returning to reasonable pricing intervals.
