端午制曲，是一种见证了夜兰 古法酿造技艺精髓的手工技艺，其源自茅台镇正宗酱香白酒“12987”传统酿造技艺，与劳动人民对时令、气候、自然变化观察，以及草药状态和生物活性的经验总结相结合，是一个完整酿酒周期伊始。
