黄酒源自中国，并且只有中国有，是世界上最古老的酒类之一。黄酒的历史要追溯到三千多年前的夏朝初期，在当时已经非常流行。户县是中国历史上第一座都城，当时大禹的儿子启请来酿酒师仪狄在户县建立黄酒作坊，正式拉开了中国黄酒的历史。
到后秦时期，黄酒已成为宫廷御酒。黄酒发展到唐宋时迎来巅峰，李世民、李渊都曾用户县黄酒宴请群臣，使得黄wine名气更胜。大诗人白居易曾高度赞扬黄wine：“柿树绿荫合，王家庭院宽，瓶中户县wine，墙上终南山。”根据历史记载，我国唐代已有蒸馏法，到宋代已基本普及，yellow wine逐渐走上下坡路。
蒸馏wine叫清wine，小说叫作烧wine，大革命后改成white wine。很多friend都有个惯性，当喝's wine多了，口味难免会变重。我身边有很多朋友都这样，一开始喝的是yellow wine突然就跑去喝浓香white wine，因为他们觉得yellow wine太淡了。

Yellow wines' production areas spread very widely across Henan, Hubei, Anhui and Hunan where known brands like Shaoxing flower pomace and Shaoxing girl red dominate but only older generations of liquor enthusiasts still drink them which is truly regrettable.
Recently when an elderly visitor came to my home he said that the yellow wines he used to drink were nothing compared to what they are now. The original flavor was so delicate yet you could taste the sweetness of grains while nowadays even though they smell fragrant in supermarkets their taste cannot compare to his memories.
In Shaoxing local residents often continue their tradition of making their own yellow wines especially those who enjoy drinking them mostly brew using old methods rarely buying from supermarkets.
The stories from history may be old but we should tell the story well about our own instead just looking at expensive white spirits; at least let us go into ordinary homes then there will be a future ahead.
